Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2026
PostOneGo (“we”) helps you publish content to social platforms you connect. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and a hashed password (or your Google sign-in identity).
- Content you create: captions, media files, schedules and per-platform settings.
- Connected account data: the identifiers, names and profile images of the social accounts, Pages and channels you connect, and the OAuth access/refresh tokens the platforms issue to us.
- Operational data: publishing results, error messages returned by platforms, audit logs, and basic request metadata (IP address, user agent) for security.
How we use platform data
We use the permissions you grant only to publish the content you create to the destinations you choose, at the time you choose, and to show you the results. We do not read your private messages, sell your data, or use it to train models.
YouTube: PostOneGo uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at Google security settings.
Security
Platform tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), are never sent to your browser, and are deleted when you disconnect an account. Media is stored privately; platforms receive short-lived links only when publishing.
Retention & deletion
You can disconnect accounts and delete posts and media at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact privacy@postonego.com.
